The <br />i^>plicant will be required to remove the lakeside shed and small wall, the retaining wall <br />along the southern property line and the stone path (the hardcover labeled as “rock wall’’ <br />in hardcover calculations is not considered haidcover but rather rip-rap and will be <br />permitted to remain). The applicant may choose to keep the existing stone path between <br />contours 944 and the lake as a means for lake access.
