A revised set of elevations should be submitted illustrating like building materials <br />for all facades to match the building materials noted on the front elevation. <br />6. Revised association documents must be submitted meeting the requirement noted <br />on page 7, #16 of the concept plan approval resolution regarding formation of a <br />review/approval committee to help regulate intensities of uses. <br />The Planning Conunission could choose to table this application pending submittal of <br />these items or move it forward to the City Council pending submittal of these items.____ <br />Backgroiind <br />The Concept Plan review stage was heard before the Planning Commission at the January <br />18"* regularly scheduled meeting, where an approval recommendation was made to the <br />City Council. The City Council reviewed this application at the February 14"* meeting <br />v^iere the application was tabled to allow the applicant to redesign the architecture to fit <br />more with the Council’s vision of how the Highway 12 corridor should be developed. <br />Further clarification to the applicants was provided at the February 28"* meeting and a <br />redesign was presented at the March H*** City Council meeting. The City Council looked <br />favorably at diat redesign and directed staff to draft a Resolution approving the Concept <br />Plan stage for iqjproval at the next meeting. On March 28, 2005 the applicant receiv^ <br />Concept Plan approval per the conditions laid out in the Concept Plan approval <br />Resolution, attach^ to this report as Exhibit S. <br />The qiplicants are now requesting General Development Plan approval, which is the final <br />stage in the PUD, Planned Unit Development process.
