A resolution <br />approving a lot area, lot width, and 0-75 hardcover variances and also a conditional use <br />permit for the 0-75 ’ zone is attached. The 75 ’-250 ’ zone hardcover variance request was <br />denied. This resolution was allowed to expire without renewal. New owners have <br />acquired the property and are requesting similar variances, however none hardcover, in <br />order to construct a new residence.
