Applicant should comment as to why it is <br />necessary to define access to commons area Outlot C as <br />independent Outlot B. <br />4.Cul-de-sac to be provided per original discussions with <br />applicant. Need to upgrade road plans to show what typical <br />section is to be used where on street and complete street plans <br />and profile sheet. <br />5.Grading plans to show locations of monuments in relation to berm <br />area. Method of erosion control to be shown on grading plans not <br />just included in note section. <br />6.Provide confirmation from site evaluator that the shifting of the <br />drainfield sites on Lot 2, Block 2 and Lot 5, Block 3 are <br />feasible. <br />7.Any comments members may have concerning future road connection <br />to eastern properties now located further south within <br />subdivision. <br />Options of Action <br />Denial. <br />Approval subject to appropriate conditions setforth in original <br />resolution granting approval pf preliminary plat (Exhibit A). <br />Tabling upon resolve of issues already noted above and unable to <br />be resolved at hearing. <br />B.
