This is a document that shall be used by both Cities <br />to reaffirm the development standards agreed upon during the <br />review of this application. <br />Exhibit E, the Settlement Agreement, outlines the procedural <br />steps by which the cities of Long Lake and Orono are to carry put <br />development plan and final annexation of the property by the City <br />of Long Lake. <br />1| <br />1
