k <br />City of onors ’o <br />CffV <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 1393_________ <br />Utr i <br />OHONCr <br />NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves the plat of CARMAN BAY HEIGHTS, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br />1) Owner of Lot 1 shall provide private easements for driveway, <br />utilities, ingress and egress over Lot 1 in favor of <br />Lot 2. <br />2) The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono <br />with Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before <br />January 26, 1983, together with a certified original <br />copy of this Resolution and executed copies of the <br />documents noted above. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the <br />plat has not been filed by the date specified above. In that event, <br />it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono <br />for subdivision review. <br />Dates this 26th day of July 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />Alberta M.
