Mabusth noted that the <br />City was in receipt of Woodhill's response that <br />completely supports the vacation petition, which was <br />requested by Planning Commission at their June 20, <br />1983, meeting. <br />Callahan moved to approve the vacation of an unused <br />portion of Charles Street as described in the plat of <br />Orono Orchards and as described in applicants* <br />vacation petition based on the following findings: <br />1. 33* wide right of way does not meet current <br />standards for City road.
