Zoning Administrator <br />Mabusth presented the Affidavit of Publication. <br />No members of the public were present regarding this applica­ <br />tion. <br />Mr. Lehman was informed by the Planning Commission at this <br />time that all the information was not correct and therefore <br />this public hearing had to be closed and tabled until such <br />time the staff was presented the correct information. <br />Public Hearing closed 8:30 P.M. <br />Member McDonald moved. Member Sime seconded, to approve the <br />Plat of Southview Estates of Mr. Raymond Kloss at 3773 Togo <br />Road based on the following conditions: <br />1. At the time a building permit is issued for Lots 2 and 3, <br />Block 1, Southview Estates the following fees must be paid. <br />Lot 2, Block 1 *= $290.00, 1/2 water unit <br />Lot 3, Block 1 = $290.00, 1/2 water unit <br />2. Access to Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Southview Estates <br />must be from Northern Avenue. <br />3. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono <br />with the Hennepin County Recorder’s Office on or before <br />October 23, 1983. <br />Motion, Ayes (7) - Nays (0). <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth reviewed this application with <br />the Planning Commission.
