Zoning Administrator <br />Mabusth presented the Affidavit of Publication. <br />Mr. Robert Schneck was present. Several neighbors were oresent <br />and did have comments regarding this application. <br />The ueighbors were opposed to Mr. Schneck*s subdivision because <br />the were under the understanding that the property in their area <br />was to maximum density and that it could not be subdivided. <br />The neighbors were told bv the Commission that there was no such <br />document on record with the County or City and that there was <br />no legal reason to not grant this subdivision. <br />Chairman Rovegno moved, Member McDonald seconded to approve <br />the subdivision request of Robert Schneck, 3155 Jamestown Rd. <br />based on the following conditions: <br />1. Payment of Park Fee in the amount of $200.00 per current <br />fee schedule ifl two acre lot 0 $200.00. <br />2. Access construction to Lot 2 must be reviewed by City <br />staff at time building permit is issued. <br />3. New owner of Lot 2 must now participate in the upkeep and <br />maintenance of Jamestown Road - developer must draft revised <br />documents to assure this is done. Copies should be submitted <br />to the City. <br />4. Wetlands to be designated as drainage easements and described <br />with angles and bearings.
