Vote; Ayes (7), Nays (0). <br />Larry Grabill was present. <br />Sime moved to approve the hardcover and setback <br />variance application of Larry Grabill permitting an <br />increase of 7% of hardcover within the 0-75' setback <br />area and an increase of 3% in hardcover within the 75'- <br />250' setback area and to approve a 4' side yard setback <br />variance and a 39' lakeshore setback variance to <br />permit construction of a now residence per revised <br />plan dated September 13, 1983, Exhibit A, based on the <br />following; <br />1.The revised plan will permit construction further <br />removed from the lakeshore rather than 26' as <br />proposed in original plan. <br />2. The property could never be developed to meet <br />current standards of the LR-IB zoning district. <br />3. A year-round residence has existed on the site for <br />over 30 years. <br />4. There is no available vacant land to be combined <br />with property. <br />5. The property is sewered. <br />Approval is subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Applicant to locate new structure so that garage <br />will abutt existing pavement. <br />2. No new structure may be located within the 0-75' <br />protected area - this includes decking, patios, <br />walkways. <br />3. No future variance will be granted to this <br />severely limited property. <br />Adams seconded. Vote: Ayes (7), Nays (0). <br />i
