Motion, Ayes (3), Nays (0). <br />Tim Adams returned to his seat as Councilmember. <br />Douglas Smith was present. <br />Acting Mayor Frahm asked what the status of Lots 16 and <br />17 were. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that Lots 16 and <br />17 are legally combined. <br />Acting Mayor Frahm stated that "Lots 16 and 17 are <br />legally combined" should be added to finding #3 in the <br />Resolutfion. <br />Acting Mayor Frahm moved, Councilmember Hammerel <br />seconded, to approve Resolution #1607, A Resolution <br />Granting A Variances to Municipal Zoning Code Section <br />34.552, to permit construction of a new residence, <br />subject to amending finding #3. Motion, Ayes (4), <br />Nays (0). <br />Acting Mayor Frahm moved, Councilmember Adams <br />seconded, to approve the lease agreement for the <br />Lakeview Golf Course handicapped access for <br />elections. Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />Acting Mayor Frahm moved, Councilmember Grabek <br />seconded, to authorize staff to advertise for bids for <br />the handicap accessibility improvements for the <br />Lakeview Golf Course for precinct #3. Motion, Ayes <br />(4), Nays (0). <br />Councilmember Adams announced the Hennepin County <br />Board Meeting on March 22, 1984.
