Zoning Administrator <br />Mabusth noted the certificate of mailing and the <br />affidavit of publication. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth and Mr. Mills reviewed <br />the application for the Planning Commission and <br />adjacent property owners Mr. and Mrs. Ehalt. Zoning <br />Administrator Mabusth suggested to Mills to consider a <br />shared driveway with the newly created lot. <br />Adams moved , Kel ley seconded to table this appl i cat ion <br />until septic testing and an alternate drainfield site <br />has been selected. Vote; Ayes (6), Nays (0). <br />1821 SCOTT MCLAIN <br />225 TONKA AVENUE <br />VACATION OF PART OP BROOK ST <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />9:15 - 9:20 P.M.Zoning Administrator Mabusth noted the certificate of <br />mailing and the affidavit of publication. Mr. and <br />Mrs. McLain, their attorney Richard Schieffer, <br />neighboring property owner Mrs. Olsgard and Jeff <br />Martineau were in attendance. <br />Planning Commission was informed that no adjacent <br />property owners would lose access to their property. <br />Adams moved, Sime seconded to approve the vacation of <br />the westerly 100 feet of the 20 feet wide unimproved <br />platted right of way of Brook Street as platted in the <br />Ba/side Addition to Lake Minnetonka based on the <br />following findings; <br />1. The City finds no public need or use as an access <br />road in the westerly 100 feet of Brook Street.
