1 <br />I MI mute:', ok the planning COMMir.r.ION meeting of march 19, 1984.PAGE <br />tt816 Lake Minnetonka Homes Rovegno , Kelley seconded to table this <br />application until complete septic testing is <br />submitted to include testing for new sites and the <br />location ot previous tested areas on other lots and <br />confirmation that land alteration performed last <br />summer in area of subject plat ahs not affected those <br />sites. Revised total plan showing access roads and an <br />attempt to reduce number of accesses onto surrounding <br />collector streets. Vote: Ayes (5), Nays (1). <br />Adams Nay. Adams stated ho felt we should give some <br />direction to the applicant about the number of access <br />roads. Chairperson Goetten stated that had been <br />given by the City Council by the Resolution, <br /><J81^^ILLIAM MILLS <br />200 LEAP STREET <br />PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />9:00 - 9:07 P.M.William Mills was present. Zoning Administrator <br />Mabusth noted the certificate of mailing and the <br />affidavit of publication. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth and Mr. Mills reviewed <br />the application for the Planning Commission and <br />adjacent property owners Mr. and Mrs. Ehalt. Zoning <br />Administrator Mabusth suggested to Mills to consider a <br />shared driveway with the newly created lot. <br />Adams moved , Kelley seconded to table this application <br />until septic testing and an alternate drainfield site <br />has been selected. Vote: Ayes (6), Nays (0). <br />1821 SCOTT MCLAIN <br />225 TONKA AVENUE <br />VACATION OP PART OP BROOK ST <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />9:15 - 9:20 P.M.Zoning Administrator Mabusth noted the certificate of <br />mailing and the affidavit of publication. Mr. and <br />Mrs. McLain, their attorney Richard Schieffer, <br />neighboring property owner Mrs. Olsgard and Jeff <br />Martineau were in attendance. <br />Planning Commission was informed that no adjacent <br />property owners would lose access to their property. <br />Adams moved, Sime seconded to approve the vacation of <br />the westerly 100 feet of the 20 feet wide unimproved <br />platted right of way of Brook Street as platted in the <br />Bayside Addition to Lake Minnetonka based on the <br />following findings: <br />1. The City finds no public need or use as an access <br />road in the westerly 100 feet of Brook Street. <br />t'.
