Motion <br />carried. <br />#1558 RICHARD ZUCKMAN <br />3995 NORTH SHORE DRIVE <br />SKETCH PLAN OF PRD/SUBDIVISION <br />Mr. Zuckman \/as present. <br />Mabusth displayed the sketch plans and explained Mr. <br />Zuckman's proposal (see Jeanne Mabusth's memo dated August 17, <br />1990). She stated that the proposed density ratio per unit will <br />be .33 rather than .5. <br />Bellows asked, "Are you providing parking for 12 cars?" <br />Mr. Zuckman replied, "I believe there are nine parking spots <br />outside and four garage stalls per unit. The two center units <br />have a two car garage, plus a two car garage further out." <br />Bellows said, "I question the need for so many parking <br />spaces for this development. It is not something that the City <br />requires. I do not want to see overflow parking on County Road <br />19, but I question whether this is excessive. I also believe <br />that the structure can be located out of the 0-75' setback zone." <br />Mr. Zuckman agreed that the structure can be moved back. He <br />said, "I plan on living in this structure and I have several <br />cars." <br />Bellows said, "The excessive pavement gives the structure <br />more of a commercial appearance than we would like to see in this <br />- 27 - <br />! <br />• I
