Drainfield covenant to be filed against the chain of <br />title of each of the 17 lots within the plat in order to <br />assure future owners knowledge and awareness of the special <br />limitations on the septic of certain lots and the need to <br />protect the existing capabilities of septic test sites. <br />7. The developer shall maintain adequate erosion control <br />throughout the construction of the road and until all ground <br />cover disturbed on the property is restored. <br />8. Developer to create easements in favor of the homeowners <br />association over Lots 1, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 4 for the <br />purpose of maintenance and upkeep of the monuments. <br />9. City to ask for a Conservation & Flowage Easement over <br />all wetlands and dralnageways within the subdivision. <br />10. Developer will be asked to grant underlying access and <br />utility easements over Outlet A and the east/west road <br />outlets. All access to the 17 lots shall be via the <br />approved plat roadways. No individual curb cuts onto <br />Watertown Road will be allowed. <br />As there are no specific standards for the consideration of <br />monuments, each developer is asked to provide plans and <br />elevations for the City's special review and approval. The <br />Planning Commission should also make a recommendation to the <br />Council regarding the proposed monuments. <br />;Sr-
