We have had the good fortune to work with <br />the City of Orono recently on your Public Works Facility and the Parks and Recreation / Fire Station study, and we <br />look forward towards an opportunity to work with the City again on this project. <br /> <br />We have based our scope and fee on our discussion and the visit to your existing Golf Course Clubhouse. <br /> <br />PROJECT UNDERSTANDING <br /> <br />Our assumptions include the following: <br /> <br /> The scope of services is to include Architectural services as required for the City to receive quotes from <br />numerous contractors for your Clubhouse Kitchen Renovation project. The architect will be responsible for <br />providing all necessary drawings and specifications as required for a complete scope of work. In general, the <br />proposed renovation scope of work includes: <br /> <br /> Demolition of one interior wall between the existing kitchen and existing office area <br /> New finishes at the renovated kitchen area <br /> A new 3 compartment sink and hand wash sink <br /> Food storage and preparation stations <br /> Appliances such as pizza ovens, hot dog/brat roller grill, microwave ovens, refrigerator and freezer, <br />kegerators <br /> New light fixtures <br /> Required plumbing and electrical services <br /> <br /> The scope of services will also include preparing documents for the Minnesota Department of Health plan <br />review application, including scaled drawings, and other items as follows: <br /> Location of equipment <br /> Hand sinks <br /> Ware-washing equipment <br /> Storage areas <br /> Wait stations / transaction area <br /> Finish and equipment schedule <br /> Manufacturer specifications for each piece of new equipment <br /> Cabinetry and countertop information
