�GREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF ON-SITE SEPTIC SYSTEM <br /> w <br /> I/We, do hereby acknowledge that an on-site septic system <br /> (Name(s) of Owners) <br /> located on the property with the address of 4775 Bayside Road must be installed to be in full <br /> compliance with the City of the Orono Municipal Septic Code. This shall include a mound to be <br /> built and the existing tanks to be pumped until the mound is built. Each time the tanks are <br /> pumped, we must receive documentation. Terms of this agreement shall run with the property, <br /> not with the owner(s).
