On <br /> September 30, 2003 I spoke with Matt Bolterman who indicates that you have failed to <br /> comply with these requests. If you do not comply on or before October 10, 2003 we will <br /> be forced to take formal legal action. Please be advised that we will not accept the <br /> defense that it is now too cold to put the mound system in place because you have been <br /> given ample time to make arrangements.
