He is his own <br /> builder and has been living and building the house since 1998. He has put in holding tanks but <br /> has never put in the mound septic system. I have been in contact with him for several months <br /> (over a year) and he has even signed a contract stating he was going to have the septic mound put <br /> in by July 1, 2003. I have talked to him several times over the summer and he keeps telling me it <br /> will get in. We I still do not have a permit issued for the mound and the mound is not put in yet. <br /> Action Requested: I would like you to send this individual a letter stating he has until <br /> September 15, 2003 to get a septic permit for the new mound.
