Each amenity, subject to acceptance by the Board of <br /> Directors, earns 10 points for each item of Group A, 5 points for each item of Group B, and 3 <br /> points for each item of Group C. <br /> ) Amenity Point Requirements. Special density applications require .5 points for <br /> each slip over 1:50'density allowance,with a minimum of 20 points. <br /> ) Factors Not Considered. The use of special density licenses on the Lake for the <br /> purpose of increasing riparian or non-riparian property values is not a valid consideration in <br /> permitting such facilities. <br /> Subd. 5. City Applicants. In acting on the application of a city under this section,density <br /> shall be computed by including all shoreline owned by the city. <br /> Subd. 6. Compliance With Conditions. The failure to comply with any condition <br /> imposed by the Board is ground for revocation of the license. Any change in the conditions <br /> under which a special density license is issued or the amenities proposed by the applicant will <br /> require application for a new license. <br /> Subd. 7. No Vested Rights. The granting of a special density license shall grant no <br /> vested rights to the use of the Lake, and future regulatory action by the District may require <br /> modification or removal of the structure. <br /> Subd. 8. Renewals, Abandonment. Except as provided in Subdivisions 6 and 9 of this <br /> section,no renewals of special density license applications shall be required; provided,however, <br /> that the licensing of all facilities is subject to the annual review and regulation provided in <br /> Section 2.03. Licenses issued under this section for facilities which are not fully constructed for <br /> any two year period commencing at any time after March 10, 1993 shall be deemed abandoned <br /> and revoked except to the extent such facilities are actually constructed within such period; <br /> provided, however,that facilities may be partially constructed if the licensee: a) receives <br /> approval from the Board for such partial construction at the time of the granting of the <br /> 5 <br />
