Many of these facilities do not have the <br /> capability to meet further and additional amenity requirements above and beyond wha4 <br /> they ah•eady provide to the public. <br /> c r ) The amenities proposed by the applicant shall be categorized as follows and may <br /> be from any group, but at least one must be from Group A. All amenities are to be available to <br /> the public,properly signed, with appropriate fees charged for amenity use where necessary. <br /> Handicapped access meeting state standards for docks and boats and adequate general public <br /> parking are mandatory requirements.Amenity groups are: <br /> 1. Group A- Public Access <br /> a) Fishing dock/pier(Minimum 30'in length in suitable water) <br /> b) Launching ramp with car-trailer parking <br /> c) Boat with outboard motor rental(minimum 5 boats,any type) <br /> d) Swimming beach <br /> e) Provide free charter boat excursion or fishing trips for handicapped or <br /> underprivileged with minimum of 100 people served per season <br /> f) Additional amenities unique to the application <br /> 2. Group B -Environmental Protection Over and Above City and Other <br /> Governmental Agencies'Minimum Requirements: <br /> a) Runoff water quality improvement(i.e.,holding ponds) <br /> b) Vegetative screening or cover <br /> c) Shoreline protection, enhancement and/or ri raP <br /> d) Eurasian water milfoil offload sites, <br /> e) Additional amenities unique to this application <br /> 3.
