It is our understanding that the scope of the project will include sewer lining, <br />manhole sealing, and top hats on private services lines . <br /> <br />Our scope of services for this project will include the following: <br /> <br />• Reviewing televising information <br />• Manhole inspections <br />• Preparation of Plans and Specifications based on aerial photos and City record plan information <br />• Notification to affected property owners prior to bidding <br />• Bidding assistance and award recommendations <br /> <br />Based on the above-mentioned scope of work, we propose a not -to-exceed fee of $15,000 .
