health insurance to such personnel . The City of Minnetonka Beach <br />shall not be required to furnish any of the foregoing fringe bene- <br />fits. <br />7 . Al1 Personnel to be Officers of the City of Minnetonka <br />Beach. The Orono Building Official assigned to duty within the City <br />of Minnetonka Beach shall be provided specific authority to administer <br />and enforce the Building Code as provided by this agreement. <br />Such authority shall be granted by proper action of the City <br />Council of the City of Minnetonka Beach through adoption of an <br />ordinance specifying such authority. <br />8 . Enforcement. Enforcement policies within the City <br />of Orono shall prevail as the enforcement policies within the <br />City of Minnetonka Beach. Orono personnel assigned to duty in <br />the City of Minnetonka Beach shall enforce the Building Code regu- <br />lations for the City of Minnetonka Beach. The Orono personnel <br />will not enforce any other local , state or federal regulation, <br />including the sections of the Minnesota 5tate Building Code not <br />included in paragraphs 1 and 2 above, ordinance or statute within <br />the City of Minnetonka Beach unless such enforcement is otherwise <br />specifically provided for by written contract. <br />9 . Violations and Penalties. All violations occurring <br />within the City of Minnetonka Beach shall be charged in accordance <br />with the ordinances of that city anc7 shall be subject to the penal- <br />ties provided therein. Prosecution of such violation shall be <br />by the Prosecuting Attorney of the City of Minnetonka Beach. All <br />costs and expenses incurred by said prosecution shall be paid by the <br />City of Minnetonka Beach. <br />10 . Cooperation and Assistance. The City of Minnetonka <br />Beach shall provide full cooperation and assistance to the City of <br />Orono, its officers, agents and employees in the rendering <br />of the building inspection services. <br />6-
