11 . Effective Date of Service. The effective date <br />of service shall be on the day of 19 No <br />inspections or other services will be performed by the City of <br />Orono for the City of Minnetonka Beach until such time as the City <br />of Minnetonka Beach adopts all Building Codes and ordinances required <br />herein and until all parties have signed and executed this <br />agreement. In no event will inspection services commence <br />before the day of 19 <br />12 . Termination of Agreement. This agreement shall <br />remain in force and effect from the effective date of service <br />until cancelled by either party. Any such termination shall <br />also conform to other applicable provisions in this agreement. <br />13 . Cost to the City of t iinnetonka Beach. For and in <br />consideration of the rendition of the services, the City of <br />Minnetonka Beach shall pay the City of Orono, as follows: <br />25 . 00 per month retainer for general office overhead; <br />25 . 00 per single inspection; $25 . 00 per hour for any and all <br />other services rendered by the Building Official, including, but <br />not limited to, any time for preparation for, or appearance in <br />court, public hearings, Planning Commission and Council meetings . <br />The City of Orono shall bill the City of Minnetonka Beach on or <br />before the 15th day after each month for which services were <br />rendered and the City of Minnetonka Beach shall remit payment <br />thereon by the lst day of the next month. In addition to the <br />above charges, the City of Orono shall collect from each applicant <br />the plan review fee accorcling to the current City of Orono fee <br />schedule for similar work, and the City of Orono shall collect <br />from each Permittee a $25 . 00 reinspection fee as provided by the <br />Building Code. <br />7-
