4 . The Permittee commences construction and <br />calls for all required inspections. <br />5 . The Orono Building Official performs all <br />required inspections and notifies the City of Minnetonka Beach <br />of monthly progress, any violations, and final completion. <br />6 . The City of Minnetonka Beach, upon final <br />approval by the Orono Building Official, and consistent with all <br />local requirements, issues the Certificate of Occupancy. <br />4 . Administrative Responsibility. The daily admini- <br />stration of the building inspection services rendered to the <br />City of iinnetonka Beach shall be under the sole direction of the <br />City of Orono. The degree of services rendered, the standards of <br />performance and other matters relating to regulations and poli- <br />cies shall resnain under the control of the City of Orono. Head- <br />quarters for the services rendered to the City of Minnetonka Beach <br />under this agreement shall be located at the city offices of the <br />City of Orono. The City of Orono Building Official shall sub- <br />mit to the City of Minnetonka Beach a monthly report of services <br />rendered and charges due, as well as periodic suggestions re arding <br />other matters relating to the inspectional service. <br />5 . Communications, Equipment ana Supplies. The City <br />of Orono shall provide the necessary equipment and vehicles <br />to the Orono Building Official and the City of t innetonka Beach <br />shall provide any necessary supplies, which must be specially <br />printed for the City of Minnetonka Beach such as permits, forms , <br />etc. <br />6 . Personnel, Employees of the City of Orono. Per- <br />sonnel assigned to perform the building inspection services <br />for the City of Minnetonka Beach shall be employees of the City <br />of Orono which city shall assume all obligations with regard to <br />salary, workmen' s compensation, p. E.R.A. , withholding tax and <br />5-
