Adequate funding for the 2022 projects is based on several assumptions: one, <br />an increase in the pavement levy for 2021 to $850,000; two, available positive fund balances from 2020 <br />of approximately $200,000; and three, that $125,000 of water tower lease revenue is dedicated to street <br />maintenance. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Move to direct the City Engineer to move forward with planning for the 2022 street maintenance projects <br />and acceptance of the Bolton and Menk’s proposal for design and engineering services for the 2022 Street <br />Maintenance projects. <br /> <br />Exhibits <br />A.
