It is our understanding that the scope of the project will consist primarily of <br />reclamation and mill and overlays on the following streets: <br /> <br />• Park Avenue, Oak Street, and Linden Avenue (Tonkawa Road Neighborhood) <br />• West Lake Street <br />• High Lane <br />• Chippewa Lane <br />• Arbor Street, Crystal Avenue, Prospect Avenue, Railroad Avenue, and Spates Avenue (Crystal <br />Bay Neighborhood) <br />• Kelley Parkway (West Half) <br />• Dickenson Street <br />• Orono Lane <br />• Highwood Lane <br />• Fairview Cottage Lane <br />• Dakota Avenue <br />• Long Lake Boulevard <br />• Country Club Road <br />• Lakeview Terrace <br /> <br />Proposed Scope of Engineering Services <br />To assist the City with this improvement project, Bolton & Menk proposes the following scope of <br />services: <br /> <br />Staff Design Meetings – Our team will work with City staff to develop the scope of the project and to get <br />input on design details. The goal of these meetings is to ensure that the project is designed consistent <br />with City standards and that the City’s maintenance practices and operations are considered throughout <br />the design process. <br /> <br />
