The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District and MnDOT has approved the <br /> stormwater plans and all appropriate permits have been issued to the applicant. <br /> 4. Final engineering details and design are approved for the retaining wall per the <br /> plans completed by Loucks Associates dated <br /> 5. Final sanitary sewer and watermain plans have been approved by the Public <br /> Works Department and City Engineer, per the plans completed by Loucks <br /> Associates dated <br /> 6. The sidewalk/trail connections shall be provided to the Brown Road trail along <br /> the east side of the property, from the property to the sidewalk along Highway <br /> 12, and between each of the proposed buildings. All trails shall be permanently <br /> owned and maintained by applicant/property owner to provide pedestrian access <br /> through the site. Applicant has granted trail easements to permit public use of <br /> the trails. <br /> 7. The parking lots shall be paved with concrete curb and gutter, driving lanes <br /> within parking lot shall have a 9-ton pavement section for trucks.
