•
Complaint Documentation
Date: March 13, 2013
Complainant Michael Kuruvilla
Name:
Address: 760 Hunt Farm Rd, Orono
Who Received Ray Kirsch,DOC Energy Facility Permitting, forwarded to Ellen Heine at
Complaint? Xcel Energy
Nature of The landowner was concerned that the alignment shown in the permit
Complaint and application was slightly different than what was included in the Plan and
applicable permit Profiles and constructed at the site. Energy Facility Permitting requested
conditions: that Xcel Energy submit more detailed information on the alignment change
to the docket.
Activities taken Ms. Heine submitted additional information to the docket on March 22nd
to resolve: including a map and description/comparison of the alignment as shown in
the permit and the final approved Plan and Profile alignment. The
alignment change was located entirely within the permitted route width.
Outcome: DOC EFP review indicated that although the alignment change should have
been more clearly described in the Plan and Profile submission is consistent
with the permit and that the March 22nd filing completes the permit
requirements.
2
