The structure types and dimensions are consistent with the <br /> structures identified in Section 2.3 of the Route Permit. <br /> Although this alignment modification should have been specifically identified in the Plan and <br /> Profile filings, EFP staff believes that this modification is consistent with the permit and the <br /> information included in the March 22, 2013, filing completes the record pursuant to Sections 3.1 <br /> and 4.1 of the Route Permit.
