I I 4.2.2 Local Governments During construction,the Permitee shall minimize any disruption to public services orI public utilities. To the extent disruptions to public services occur,these would be temporary and the Permitee will work to restore service promptly. Where any impacts to utilities have the potential to occur, Permitee will work with both landowners and local agencies to determine the most appropriate pole placement. Care will be used to preserve the natural landscape and prevent any unnecessary destruction of the natural surroundings in the vicinity of the project during construction and maintenance.
