1 <br /> New structures will be designed to support the existing transmission and distribution <br /> ' lines,thereby allowing the use of existing alignments and will share existing road rights- <br /> of-way to the extent that such actions do not violate sound engineering principles or <br /> system reliability criteria. <br /> 1 Structures will be placed at the maximum feasible distance, consistent with sound <br /> engineering principles and system reliability criteria, from intersecting roads,highway,or <br /> trail crossings and could cross roads to minimize or avoid impacts.
