To the extent disruptions to public services occur,these would be <br /> temporary and the Permitee will work to restore service promptly. To the extent practical, low <br /> growing vegetation that will not pose a threat to the transmission facility or impede <br /> I <br /> construction should remain in the easement area. <br /> 4.2.6 Aesthetics <br /> I <br /> The Permittee will consider input pertaining to visual impacts from landowners or land <br /> management agencies prior to final location of structures,rights-of-way, and other areas <br /> with the potential for visual disturbance.
