Yes, the Company has prepared preliminary site layout, grading, and <br /> 9 landscaping plans for the proposed Orono Substation. A schematic of the <br /> 10 existing Orono Substation site and these preliminary plans are attached to my <br /> 11 testimony as Schedule 7. I would like to note though that the preliminary <br /> 12 landscaping and grading of a proposed berm along the west side of the <br /> 13 proposed Orono Substation have not been finalized, and that the attached <br /> 14 plans are meant as a starting point for discussions with nearby landowners. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Q. HAS THE COMPANY PREPARED VIEWS SHOWING THE PROPOSED ORONO <br /> 17 SUBSTATION? <br /> 18 A. Yes, the Company has prepared such views and they were included as <br /> 19 Appendix C to the Environmental Assessment, and they are also attached to <br /> 20 my testimony as Schedule 8. The proposed Orono Substation will be similar to <br /> 21 the existing Eagle Creek Substation located near Prior Lake, Minnesota.
