WHAT TYPE OF TRANSMISSION STRUCTURES DOES THE COMPANY PROPOSE <br /> 7 FOR THE PROJECT? <br /> 8 A. The Company proposes to use a combination of three different structure types <br /> 9 for the Project. All of the proposed structures would be self-supporting single <br /> 10 pole structures constructed of galvanized or weathering steel with heights of <br /> 11 between 70 to 115 feet, depending on the structure type and location. A <br /> 12 summary of the structure types proposed for the Project was included as Table <br /> 13 2 of the EA and is attached to my testimony as Schedule 3. Photos of the <br /> 14 proposed structure types are included as Figure 2 in the EA and are attached to <br /> 15 my testimony as Schedule 4. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Q. DOES THE COMPANY HAVE VISUAL SIMULATIONS SHOWING THE PROPOSED <br /> 18 STRUCTURES ALONG THE PROPOSED ROUTE? <br /> 19 A. Yes, the Company has prepared such visual simulations and they are attached <br /> 20 to my testimony as Schedule 5. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Orono Substation Replacement <br /> 23 Q. WHAT MODIFICATIONS TO THE EXISTING ORONO SUBSTATION ARE <br /> 24 PROPOSED AS PART OF THIS PROJECT? <br /> 25 A.
