The purpose of this action item is to gain approval to accept a donation from Dennis Walsh <br />and Richard F. Crosby II <br /> <br />2. Background. Councilmember Richard Crosby and Mayor Dennis Walsh would each like to <br />donate $1,750.00 of their salaries to the City bringing the total donation to $3,500.00. Minnesota <br />Statutes § 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real or personal property be accepted <br />only with the adoption of a resolution of the governing body. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Staff Recommendation. I recommend approval to accept the donation from Dennis Walsh and <br />Richard F.
