1. For “Good Cause” by any city that desires to terminate its participation in the <br />Agreement provided that such termination is preceded by a minimum of a 36-months <br />notice. “Good Cause” shall mean, but is not limited to, a pattern of inadequate service <br />quality; including inadequate response to call, inadequate training, and inadequate <br />handling of calls; and/or a pattern of budget overruns. <br /> <br />2. For breach of contract; <br /> <br />3. By mutual agreement of all cities cover by the agreement. <br /> <br />4. City of Medina may terminate its participation in this Agreement without case, <br />subject to providing a twenty-four month notice of termination. <br /> <br />5.
