For your convenience, a copy of the Second Contract is attached. Sections 10 and 20 <br />of the Second Contract provide the following: <br /> <br /> Section 10: <br /> <br /> 10. Term of this Agreement <br /> <br /> This Agreement covers the period January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2020. A <br /> contract year covers the period January 1 through December 31 of a calendar year. <br /> <br /> This Agreement will become effective upon ratification by the Contracting Cities. The <br /> terms of this agreement will be extended for a period of five years unless this Agreement <br /> is terminated as provided in Section 20 of the Agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 20: <br /> <br /> 20. Termination of this Agreement <br /> <br /> This Agreement shall be terminable only as follows: <br />
