���� � <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANC� <br /> TO MUNICIPAL ZONING COUE <br /> SECTION 78-1467(1)(C} <br /> AND CONDITIONAL USE P�RMIT PURSUANT <br /> TO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 78-418 <br /> FILE NO. 06-3233 <br /> WHEREAS, The Episco��al Diocese of Minnesofa (St. Edward's Chtu•ch) <br /> a Minnesota Non-Profit Corporation, (Ilereinafter "the applicant") is the owner of the <br /> property located at 865 Ferndale Road:North �vitllin the City of Orono (hereinafter the <br /> "City") a.nd legally described as follows: <br /> See Attached E�libit A (hereinafter the "property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has made application to the City of Orono for a <br /> conditional use permif per Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-418 (3) in order to <br /> conduct laiid alterations in the area between the church building and Colulty Road 6, <br /> construct a coll�nlbarium and memorial garden adjacent to the parking lot, and construct a <br /> 12' x�24' shed; and � � <br /> WH�REAS, the applicaiit has made application to the City of Orono foi• a <br /> variance to Orono Municipal Zoiung Code Section 78-1467(1)(c) to allow signage <br /> greater than the 12 square feet'that is permitted within Residential Districts. <br /> NOW, TH�R�FOR� BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> Orono, Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> l. This application was reviewed as Zoning F'ile 06-3233. <br /> 2.
