July 20, 2020 page 23 <br />(1) Completion of all items required by city staff on the final subdivision application form (not 946 <br />required for class I subdivisions). . 947 <br />(2) All information submitted for the preliminary subdivisionplat review shall be in the record and 948 <br />shall be considered submitted for final subdivisionplat review purposes. 949 <br />(3) One original and two copies signed by the grantor, of any required drainage, utility, road, access, 950 <br />open space, conservation or other easement in the standard form as provided by the city. Any 951 <br />other form or changes to the standard form must be approved by the city attorney prior to filing 952 <br />the final subdivisionplat application. 953 <br />(4) One original and two copies, signed by the grantor, of any quitclaim deed or warranty deed 954 <br />dedicating required land to the city or other governmental jurisdiction. 955 <br />(5) One original and two copies of any private covenant, homeowners' association agreement or 956 <br />other private restriction intended to be filed in the chain of title of the property at the time the 957 <br />final subdivisionplat is recorded. 958 <br />(6) A developer's agreementcontract, including the complete construction plans, specifications and 959 <br />performance security and warranty bonds, shall be submitted by the subdivider for all required 960 <br />public or private improvements which are to be installed and/or completed after final 961 <br />subdivisionplat approval. 962 <br />(7) A certificate of satisfactory completion signed by the city engineer shall be submitted by the 963 <br />subdivider for all required public and private improvements which have been or were required to 964 <br />be completed prior to final subdivision plat approval. 965 <br />(8) Any additional information requested by the zoning administrator City Administrator or 966 <br />designee or the council. 967 <br />(9) Payment of applicable fees and payments identified in the development agreement, or 968 <br />preliminary plat resolution. the final subdivision review fee (not required for class I subdivisions). 969 <br />(10) A certified check made payable to the city for the park dedication fee. 970 <br />(11) A check made payable to the city for the filing of the subdivision and associated documents; 971 <br />the amount of this fee shall be determined by the amount set forth in the current fee schedule of 972 <br />the city. (10) Confirmation that all county taxes are paid. 973 <br /> 974 <br />(11) Title commitment or acceptable evidence of title, dated no later than 45 days of the anticipated 975 <br />recording date. 976 <br /> 977 <br /> (12) Written and dated certification by the zoning administrator confirming that the final 978 <br />subdivision application has been completed in compliance with the council's resolution of 979 <br />preliminary approval and/or all requirements and performance standards of this Code. 980 <br /> (b) Class I subdivisions. In addition to the items listed in subsection (a) of this section, complete 981 <br />class I final subdivision applications shall include the following: 982 <br />(1) Fifteen original copies of the certificate of survey of the property. The certificate of survey must 983 <br />accurately locate and dimension the proposed division line and/or easement on the certificate. 984 <br />The area of each parcel shall be indicated in square feet on the drawing. Original signatures and 985 <br />certifications shall be provided for the owners, those possessing any other property interest and 986 <br />the surveyor.
