These primarily focus on the stormwater <br />management issues. The engineer also notes the following: <br />1. The Sanitary sewer main will need a utility easement as it transits Lot 5. <br /> <br />2. The intersection of the new road and CSAH 15 will need to be reviewed and approved by <br />Hennepin County. <br /> <br />County Comments <br />Formal County transportation comments specific to this plat have not yet been received, though <br />they indicate their comments will be consistent with those developed for the sketch plan, attached <br />as Exhibit I. The County does suggest turn lanes and additional right of way on Shoreline. <br /> <br />Public Comments <br />To date, no public comments have been received. <br /> <br />Issues for Consideration <br />1. Are there any issues or concerns with this application? <br />2. Does the Planning Commission feel the project meets the standards of the Conservation <br />Design Plan? <br /> <br />Planning Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat, subject to the following conditions. <br />1. All City Engineer comments addressed to their satisfaction <br />2. Watershed District (MCWD) approval <br />3.
