Overall the access <br />looks to be adequate pending verification of sight distances. The county will be requesting a 50 <br />foot right-of-way section plus a 10 foot D/U easement during the plat. The county is also <br />requesting the existing gravel driveway on the east side of the lake/pond be removed. <br /> <br />Issues for Consideration <br />• The Planning Commission should discuss if allowing flexibility to allow the existing 3 <br />properties to continue to share a driveway off a new cul-de-sac. <br />• The Planning Commission should provide feedback whether or not some flexibility <br />identifying the front lot for Lot 3 along the Outlot A. <br />• The Planning Commission should discuss support a waiver of the conservation design <br />requirement in lieu of identifying substantial trees (Oaks, Maple, Basswood, etc. greater <br />than 6’ DBH). <br /> <br />List of Exhibits <br />Exhibit A.
