6/17/04 Pagonis Letter, Page 2
Eight restricted watercraft were observed at your residence on 6/10/04, which exceeds the number allowed by LMCD
Code. Although all watercraft registration numbers were not visible to LMCD staff, those that were observed were as
follows:
• MN 7156 FE—Michael&John Winters(Eden Prairie)
• MN 0453 JL—Orlin Ruchick(Minneapolis)
• MN 1775 FV—Andrew Williamson(Carver)
• MN 9421 JQ—Charles Hatton(Maple Grove)
• MN 4020 HA—Michael Gilbert(Excelsior)
• MN 5759 FP—Todd Grisoff(Chanhassen)
• MN 1706JT—Michael Olson(St. Louis Park)
• ?MN 0795JQ?
During the 2004 boating season and beyond, you need to ensure that restricted watercraft storage at your residence
is in compliance with LMCD Code. LMCD staff will re-inspect your site on July 5th. If a multiple dock license
application is not submitted to the LMCD office or the dock and watercraft storage has not been brought into
compliance with LMCD Code by July 5th, staff will turn this matter over to the prosecuting attorney.
Please call me upon receipt of this letter so that we can discuss your site to bring your docking and watercraft
storage in compliance with LMCD Code. Your prompt attention in this matter is appreciated.
Sincerely,
LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT
Judd J.
