Frank <br /> stated she could revise the plans to show that wall. <br /> Sudheimer stated it is her intention to leave the majority of that wall. <br /> Sansevere stated he still has a concei7i with the parlcing and future uses of the other occupants of the <br /> buildings in that area, <br /> Sudheimer stated all the neighUoring business o«ners except one did si�z a petition indicating they are in <br /> support of the expansion. <br /> Mun�hy stated he also has a concern with the adequacy of the parlcing in the area,noting that the new <br /> Caribou Coffee will be creating a Uigger deinand for parl:ing. Mutphy stated the municipal parlcing lot is <br /> being maxed out under tllis pro�osal and that the main entrance will continue to be the entrance off of the <br /> parlcing lot, which exacerbates a whole series of issues detailed in the police chiefs report received today. <br /> Murphy stated there appears to be a consideraUle amount of activity that occurs in this area which <br /> requires police department involvement. <br /> Gaffi�on requested the report of the police chief be provided to the ap�licant and to staff. <br /> Sudheimer indicated she has not seen the report. <br /> Sansevere inquired whether this is normal arnount of activit_y for this t_ype of establishment. <br /> Police Chief Good indicated she is not able to answer that. <br /> Muiphy stated parlcing is an important consideration in this application,but that the City's <br /> Coinprehensive Plan is a guide for this area and how tlze Navarre area should develop in tlie future. <br /> Muiphy stated he does not feel this e�pansion will help create a pedestrian friendly environment. <br /> MuiZ�hy stated another concei-�7 is the added dra�v of peo�le to this establishment once the expansion is <br /> completed. Murphy staied biven the Uands that are lined up to play at this establishment, there may Ue an <br /> issue lhat people fi-om outside the Navan-e area ���ill be drawn to this area and that it does not�t with what <br /> the comprehensive plan calls for this area. <br /> I'ranlc stated in her view the parlcing lot is not as effieiently laid out as it eould have Ueen,noting that <br /> there are a number of areas that could be more efficiently used, which would increase the number of <br /> parlcing s�alls. <br /> Muiphy pointed out the stalls are substaudard in that lot. MutZ�hy indicated he visited the hardware store <br /> this past�veelcend and had difficuliy fillding a plaec to parlc.
