The pz•opei�ty is guided in the 2000-2020 Orono Coi�uZiuilifiy M�nagement Plau <br /> (CMP) for single faulily residential use at � densiiy of 1 unit per 2 acres, The <br /> proposed layout contains 6 lots on 14.3 non-wetlaild acres, for an ove��all density <br /> of 1 unit per 2.4 dry�.cres. <br /> 4. The Property coniains a variety of natuz•al features including wooded are�ts, open <br /> fields, steel� slopes, wetlands, 111tLll�al drain�geways, aud discontinuous are�s of <br /> clry buildable laud.
