Gaffron stated he is hopeful he wi11 get some response from DSU in <br /> the near fiihn-e on the draft ordinance. <br /> Gaffron stated that perhaps tlle two-acre septic requirement should be a separate topic fi�oin ihe layout of <br /> this developinent. Gaffron pointed out the developer is not cl�anging the density in this area. <br /> Murphy inquired how the documentation from 5hardlow relates to this application. Mur��hy inquired <br /> wheiher this application would be excluded frorn the new ordinances. <br /> Barrett stated the application wottld fall uuder the cunrent ordinance. <br /> Gaffron stated he is unsure whether the new ordinances wotild help this application. Gaffron noted the <br /> new ordinances would require the same�rocess that the ap�licant has ah•eady gone through. <br /> White concurred there may be a precedence issue by deviating fi•om the trvo-acre minimum rec�uirement <br /> for a septic site. <br /> Gaffi-on stated he is atteii7pting to v�n�ite langua�e into the new ordinances that will meet the Co�mcil's <br /> eoncenis relating to a small site and sel�tie, <br /> Gaffrou noted the review period for this application goes to the micldle of March. <br /> White l�oin(ed oul il�e a��plicant still would have to appear before the Watershed Dis�rict. <br /> Bo111 stated he i�eeds prelimiilary plaL app��oval pcior to going before tlle Watershed Disiricl.
