Bohl stated the grading for the ro�d would disturb the area <br /> for the trail and ihey probaUly would not desiroy any more trees if a bih.lminous h-ail were coilst��ucted in <br /> thaC area. <br /> Bohl inquired whether the t�•ail could be right up against the curb and whether there would need lo be any <br /> additional stonnwater calculations submitted. <br /> Murphy stated the h-ail raises several questions regarding drainage and also whether vegetatioil can grow <br /> in that area. Mtirphy stated in his opinion the h•ail would need some further consideration, <br /> Bohl stated in his opinion the t�•ail does serve a ptu-�ose since Hackbeny Park is located right across the <br /> sh-eet. Bohl stated a water easenlent and water pipes would be put in thai area and that the area would <br /> already be disturbed, which would make constructing the trail less inh•usive to the envirornnent. Bohl <br /> recoilunended the h•ail crossing be signed across the street. <br /> Bolzl stated he has had soine time to contemplate the trail and that the hail would allow access,but that it <br /> tivould be a Iittle unusual to have public ufilities under a private street and that in his opinion the road <br /> should be a public road. <br /> Mutphy inquired wliat the City has done around Hackbeny Park. <br /> Gappa stated those are all�ublic sfreets. Gappa stated tllere would not be inuch expense to add that road <br /> to the sh-eets that are maintained by the City, <br /> White inquired aboui the screening between the development and the llouses to the east. <br /> Gaffi•on pointed oLrt a prelinunary vegelation plan is included in the Cotmcil's�ackets, Gaffron stated it <br /> appears likely that the e�ltire site�vould be graded and that ti�e vegetation wotild need to be replanted and <br /> s�ipplemented, <br /> Bolil noted the prominent vegetation on the site is bucicthorn and that lhe reconunendation of AES is to <br /> clear tlie site and bring Uack the nat�n•al vegetation.
