McMillan stated in ller opinion the h�ail sholild all Ue public or the h�ail shot�ld be <br /> elirninated. <br /> Murphy stated he also would prefer the road be public. <br /> Gaffron stated par� of the rationale for nlalcing this road a public road would be tlle fact that this area is <br /> considered urUan density and�vould have public utilities.
