Section 78-821 Purpose, etc. —A subsection "E" has been added clarifying
that existing uses which do not conform to the new regulations will be treated
according the City's existing non-conforming use/building regulations.
b. Section 78-822 Permitted Uses — Subsection A.(1) has been amended to
clarify the language, and delete a reference to "Open sales lots".
c. Section 78-825 Lot Sizes, etc. —A significant amount of discussion was had
regarding the proposed maximum 85% impervious surface regulation, and
whether this regulation was high enough. It was the consensus of the
Planning Commission to leave the standard as proposed, with additional
quantity and detail in the landscaping section of the ordinance.
d. Section 78-827 B. Off Street Parking — Comments were received from
representatives of the property owner relating to clarifications on off-site
parking restrictions. No changes have been proposed.
e. The consensus of the Planning Commission
discussion was to increase the plant material count proposed in Subsection
C. Depending upon the lot dimensions and building sizes of a particular
proposal, the revised plant material requirements should ensure a well-
landscaped development.
h.
