Should try to incorporate maintenance in <br /> the project. <br /> o Roof, Mechanical and Other, not yet discussed. <br /> • Initially looking at a project under$1 million, but will determine when we clarify <br /> the scope of the project. <br /> • Should deal with updates to Mechanical and Electrical. <br /> • Site is tighter than it looks. Wetlands may be an issue? Consider options for <br /> adjustments to the site. <br /> • 10 year contract with city of Mound. Means they are staffed up. <br /> 0 34 full time staff <br /> 0 15 reserves <br /> 0 7 out <br /> 0 3-4 part time <br /> • Secure parking for employee and outdoor vehicles. Probably will require <br /> reconfiguring of drives, parking and access to streets. <br /> • Be ready before the June 24th city meeting, and July 15tn <br /> • Look to other cities, and how they have improved their departments. Need to <br /> be able to account for choices made. <br /> • Red labeled spaces are areas where building expansion may have to occur. <br /> Site Needs <br /> • Secure parking for employees and vehicles, we discussed 20 stalls. 3 are <br /> investigative vehicles that don't have vital equipment in them.
